When ever I have a scene with a lot of figures or something like a wolf with lots of hair my system crashes when I render.  I have no idea why.

Running daz on

windows 10 64 bit with a 2.90 Ghz processor, 500 GB hard drive with two external TB hard drives (one of these holds my Daz directory). 12GB of ram and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super

  • Wild guess, running out of VRAM. Can try things like turning down any HD morphs, subdivision levels, thinning the fur, etc.

You need to be more specific about "My System Crashes".

No need, the description of what's in the scene and the system specs are enough to say that OP is trying to do something that's way above the capabilities of the system.

Saying "crashes" without details on what that means is what I find the problem. Is it Daz throwing an exception error notice? Does the OS hang or BSOD? That was never explained and is important to understanding what's going on.
