Products wont install in Smart Content

I have some products that I want to install inside Daz via Smart Content but I can not.

Attached is a screenshot.

I am not too clever when it comes to Smart Content, Connect and all that, so help is greatly appreciated

What happens when you try?

Nothing at all. It just stays where it is.

Check Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File just after trying to install, see if there are messages related to that at the end.

I just did it, but it only tells me what I know, that it failed to install but does not give a reason.

Several of those have had updates recently. Try having Daz Studio go offline (connect menu,) find the products in the Content Library>Products list (they will be after the alphabetical run of the products thata re installed under their letter,) right-click, and select the delete option. Then reconnect and see if Daz Studio updating the metadata resolves the issue. If it's still a problem I think you need to open a support ticket.
