[computer restarts scripts and the bookmarks are not saved] i thought there was a place to save all that , i did save layout as but that didnt do anything for it, thanks for any advice

The Script developer forum is for people writing scripts, rather than for questions about them. Also, please don't just run the body of your post on from the title - make sure the body of the post is complete in itself.
If the computer restarted while DS was open, especially if it was amanaged and asked for an application close but didn't allow enough time, then the files that save the interface details may have been corrupted. Do you take regular back ups? If so you may be able to replace the broken version with a previous one. The files in question are in
%AppData%/daz 3d/studio4/
the one you would want would be the customactions.dsx file.
