How would I make color mix with water

Not sure how I to have color mix with water in Daz. I am trying to have a figure bleed in water,

Would prefer a pure Daz method.

See attached picture for the effect I am trying to achieve.

    I would stick one of the various smoke props in it (Rougey and Strangefate have awesome ones in their sets) and change the diffuse colour.
