The Store is Broken Again

When you try and buy something, it gets stuck.  It's pretty courteous, from time to time it apoligizes that it's taking too long.

"This transaction is taking longer to process than normal. Please be patient while we wait for confirmation from the payment processor."

Second time in a few weeks.
