Is the checkout broken?

I have been trying to checkout and it reads "There was an error processing your request."

Has anyone else got that, this evening?.

    FWIW, as a test more than anything, I cleared my Browser cache.  I had to reenter login info on a number of sites, but the Daz store was finally able to connect to Paypal & finalize the sale.

    ..seems to have abated for now as my order went through fine.

    Just now, I have been asked to confirm my address, which didn't change since AD 1657. Okay, maybe 1757. Checkout didn't tell me how to confirm the address... indecision

  • I have not had a chance yet to check out to see if it works now. though I'm having issues with my PC coupon.  10_21Save6  It's giving me  "there was an error processing your request"

    I know for sure everything in my cart should be able to be used with this coupon.  No new releases. So not sure why this is happening.

    Are they PC for a Day items? Those are excluded usually

    Tried to check out... Got an error;

    • Your PayPal transaction could not be processed at this time

    Never even got to the page to enter my paypal details. This happens at the time when you press place order.

    It told me there was an error processing the transaction. I don't have the product in my library. I still got a notification from the banking app that there was money taken from the account. Maybe they put the money back.

    This is getting frustrating. I have missed on out some good deals the past 2 days. And now going to lose my PC coupon. I did find out I had a new item in my cart. Which was not working with the coupon, so at least that was solved.

    I am frustrated too, I can only echo that I too missed out on a good deal.

    No problems here, got 3 cards attached to my account, all have worked fine all the time (for years, actually).  Never used PayPal here, looks to me like most problems are associated with that.

    This is taking forever.  It's a single PCFAD item and a freebie.

    Seems to be a general thing for the DAZ store that certain problems only affect some users but not others.  Wonder what the reason is for this.

    If you try a large number of accounts then it's possible the system will mark you as fradulant, as the bank sees that and thinks someone is trying to impersonate you.  To get this removed, please reach out to customer service.

  • I'm really getting angry now. i sent a ticket a few days ago. And no response., I'm sure they got many people to answer. Though I'm going to lose out on the free stuff since it cycles out tonight.  First time since being a part of this community that this store has done this.

    I hope they can fix this fast. its so frustrating.

    Hey everyone. Everything has been solved. What happened is I have been a custonmer for nearly 20 years. I had not cleaned out all the old expired cards off my account. Too lazy I am. lol.

    Well I cleared it out, and with the help customer service, got my account working again. Thank you all for the help.  Also dont use so many cards like I did and keep it to just one or two.
