I am looking for two Daz3D Artist for my project.
Employment Type:
- Freelance contract with a monthly payment
Work commitment:
- Posing scenes in Daz. At least 200 scenes per month.
Job Description:
- You know how to work with light in Daz
- You know how to pose characters and camera and make the poses.
- optional You can render in IRAY with 4k.
- You can speak and understand spoken English well.
- You are ready to take the test assignment ~10 scenes
I pay 0,4$ per posed Scene (mostly easy Scenes with 2-3 Characters). Amount at least 200 Scenes per month. The more the better.
If you can render in 4k, we can adjust the payrate.

What is "0,4$" suppose to mean as that is not how you would format a dollar amount!
You should probably describe what that project is and edit or explain "0,4$". It that's suppose to be $40 I'ld be very interested, if it's $4.00 or $.4 it wouldn't cover jack. And anyone can render 4k, but it depends on if it's worth it. Plus just throwing some characters in a scene and hitting a pose is one thing, making something AWESOME is another.
If you get 40 cents for a scene you'd have to pose (and render?) 17.5 scenes per hour, or (more or less) a scene every 3 minutes... for an houerly income of $7. Which is measly, especially for a freelancer.
My G8.1 base characters take about half a minute to load... even my most simple scenes take at least a few minutes to render.
The best of luck to you; but if you don't find anybody, you should look into how much a freelancer needs to make in order to survive, and how long it takes to pose (and render?) a "mostly easy scene with 2-3 characters", and base your rates on that.
There are only 5 working days in a week, renders take time. If you seriously want 200+ renders a month done you should maybe consider using a render farm. And the price is no where near whatever "0,4$" means.
I assume the user is from Europe and uses the comma as a decimal separator. And at 40 cents per scene that would mean less than two minutes can be spent per scene to make a $15/hour minimum wage. It takes longer to sort out the requirements, assemble the correct props and and load them into the scene. Let alone render the scene.

Okay I can't find the exact link again to quote prices, but some who take commissions factor in a set price per character, say $15 ; a set price per prop, say $15 and then another set price per background, say $15. And this is one of the cheaper places to shop at. 3 figures + 3 props + 1 background would cost there a minimum of $105.
Factored into the costs, are the costs of wear and tear on the machines doing the renders.
Other places charge hundreds, thousands of dollars per render. Let's go with, you get what you pay for.
Also factoring in on costs are copyrights to the images - what's happening with them, are they being used by the purchaser OR are they reselling them?
There is also an other aspect to consider... Whoever would do this, would need to buy the assets him/herself, since sharing is not allowed.

Since the OP never bothered to come back to follow up I'm filing this in "Just More Junk".
Buying assets, posing manually the mesh, rendering a 4K image, easy Scenes with 2-3 Characters... I don't call that easy !? and all for ... 40 cents.
This amount doesn't even cover the time it takes to load 1 base Genesis.
@ info_1acf2042 Who is "we"? What is this project? Are you buying all the products for the artists to use [unless they already have them of course]? And texturing? ... "as is" from purchases or with new textures ... this too takes time and resources ($)?

200 scenes a month is about 7 scenes per day. Someone that talented and fast at accurate posing and editing posing is going to be working as an animator for a lot more money.
