Daz Studio Not Rendering

Hi guys,

I have been using DazStudio for a long time. For the last 2 weeks the program has started giving me some problems. Nvidia Iray cannot be opened in some scenes and it does not render in some scenes. When it can render, it either closes early (image not rendering) or leaves me with a black screen. I have read and implemented some of the titles opened on this subject but my problem is still not resolved.

I would be very happy if you could help me with this.

    You haven't told us your system specs...

    If you disable CPU fallback, you get a black screen when your GPU doesn't have enough VRAM to handle the scene.

    What is your nVidia driver version? If you right-click on the Desktop.nVidai Control Panel it will show the version number in the coloured box, above the card name. However, I think the 1650 is a 4GB card so it may simply be running out of memory - depending on which version of DS (and so of Iray) you were previously using it may be quite a bit more demanding now.

    If I'm remembering correctly that card only has 4GB of VRAM so you need to select CPU as well so it will use both. If it does only have 4GB of VRAM you going to have problems with bigger scenes if only using GPU. How much system RAM do you have? Is it messing up while setting up the scene or only on renders? Is your GPU driver updated?

    Missed the GPU on the pics... That scene will never render with IRAY on a 4GB card.
