Civil Lost & Found question

I know I have a notorious reputation for firey L&F utterances, but this isn't one of them. Without having DS connected to the server (having installed through DIM) can I delete everything from the Lost and Found to eliminate the massive amount of duplications in there? If the deleted items are not duplications will they reappear after I close DS and re-open?

    Lost and found is a category, removing things from that (if they are actually categorised as such, rather than being there because of a lack of categorisation) won't affect anything else. Deleting the actual file, however, will of course remove it from the whole system. Note that there is, however, an issue with removing vendor categories (those from the Daz metadata) in the General release - it is fixed in the beta - so you may need to use the beta or wait for it to be promoted to a general release to get the desired outcome.

    Hm. I don't really understand what is fixed in the Beta.

    Why would anyone categorize any product as belonging in the lost and found? You lost me there.

    Presumably it is an error of some kind, though I suppose someone might have done it in the absence of a clear correct category.
