Is there ANY way to convert gensis hair to poser hair???

What do you mean? Genesis used fairly standard hair types, more cent (mainly Genesis 8) hairs may include some using strand based hair. There isn't a general answer to that question.

You should be able to import the standard, non dforce, none strand based hair into poser and then parent it to the figures head
