Poser model in Daz Studio

Can a product made for "poser" be imported in daz studio if we are using it for same figure ? 

For example if a muscles, skeleton or internal organs model in the Daz store is purchased then can it be used with michael 4 without having poser installed ?

Can we import that in Daz studio ?
