Will Movie Maker work in Poser?

I know it says for Daz Studio, but wouldn't the backgrounds work in poser was well? or is there a edition for poser?

No, it doesn't work in Poser. it's a DS plugin, there's no background props that you could try to import in Poser. And there's no poser version available.
