    Sadly no.

You can see the system requirements for the DAZ softwares here:

Bryce won't run on modern Macs, ones that have an OS more modern than OSX 10.6

Nor will Hexagon. But Carrara will :) (and Carrara also has terrain and plant editors, as well as doing modelling)

Haven't tried it myself, but have seen online where there are a few Linux users that have successfully run Daz on Linux through Wine. I understand that it doesn't run as smoothly as on a native Windows OS though.

Here are some links that I saved when I was trying to decide whether to run if I wanted to do a dual box on my new computer. In the end, I decided to have my laptop going to a strictly Linux (currently a dual box right now until the new desktop is completely setup) and the new desktop is strictly Windows so I'm using all three in Windows.

https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=24001 (a little outdated, but still useful)

Once I have the new desktop completely set with all files and windows software that is currently on my laptop, I'm totally turning the laptop into a solid Linux box and may play around with trying to get Daz and the other programs working. At least this way, I have a system set up that I know Daz will work on while I'm learning the software. I may change my mind later if I get tired of Windows. Linux is my preferred OS and, until I found Daz, I had almost decided to completely get rid of Windows completely. Sigh.

If you decide to try it in Linux let me know if you are successful and what flavor of Linux you are using. Linux is definitely my favored OS and I would like to get completely out of it in the future.

Possibly, with CrossOver. But it looks like DS has not been tested yet. They have a free trial if you want to give it a try:

Thank you for all the replies, will have ot think about carara as this needs a lot more memory first to put something else on, hence was thinking one of the spare comps for my daz stuff but on linux, so will maybe split between a mac and this one something to think about as are the other suggestions
