Pixelated Reflection (Neon light)

Hello guys! I really struggneling with this weird pixelated reflection. How can I fix it? Is it even possible? I have 2 neon lights very close to my character but I hope this is not an issue..
Does anyone knows how to fit it? I will be very happy!

Could you post an image showing the problem you're having? It might help to figure out what might be causing it.

I think you just need to let it render for longer, that looks like noise and relfections do take longer to converge. If you can't persuade the render to continue long enough by adjusting the Convergence Ratio or Render Quality it may work to switch to the Spot Render tool and in the Tool Settings turn on the option to render to a New Window - if you then drag out a rectangle over the problem areas and let it render, the fact that the reflection makes up more of the image may force Iray to run for longer and you can then save the result as Tiff or PNG files and drop them on top of the main render to patch the problem areas.
