Rendering soles at a certain angle renders nothing

Hi! New to DAZ, still learning stuff. A little while ago I noticed my renders were producing nothing; they'd finish instantly, just giving me a blank, transparent image. Eventually, I tracked down the culprit; somehow, the bottom of G8F's feet just cause the render to basically not happen, and no amount of fiddling seems to keep it from doing so.

The very strange part I discovered is that it only happens if the model is upright. If they're sideways or even completely upside-down, the scene renders fine. It's just odd, and I have no idea why it'd be doing this.

I'm completely stumped. Any help is appreciated!

    Turn the ground plane off.

Render Settings -> Environment -> Draw Ground = Off.

It's pretty easy to get your camera behind objects that block the camera. The preview view won't draw the backside of single-sided objects, like floors and walls, but these same objects will block the camera from seeing the objects it's supposed to render. I find it useful to use the perspective view to check on the camera placement.

TLDR: other objects can cause this as well.
