Does "Fog for DAZ Studio" work in DS 4.7?

So, I'm learning that products in the store that say they're for DS 4.7, don't necessarily work in 4.7 (like several Age of Armor products). So, does this work in DS 4.7?

I tried searching the forum for that vendor, but the forum search tools are so poor, I can't tell if the vendor is contact-able via the forums or not. I couldn't find him in the results I got.

I wish store items would just say what version of DS the items have been tested with. Then it wouldn't be this guessing game of is the item compatible or not. Sure, I could buy, test, then return...even though it's a pain...but by then it's too late to buy something else on sale that I could've purchased instead of a non-working item.

I have Fog Tool Deluxe III and it works for me in 4.7 but I no longer see it in the store as it appears Nerd3D is no longer a vendor. I have no idea if the one you asked about works, sorry.

There's a sneaky little gotcha here. When you see D|S4.7 under the Compatibility section, that is not a string of text in the web page that says "DAZ Studio 4.7" — it's a placeholder for "whatever the current D|S version might be". What it usually means is that the item has .duf files compatible with the latest change in file formats, which happened with (I think) D|S4.5. Anything that only says "DAZ Studio" in the Compatibility section doesn't have the current file types, it will only have the earlier ones, which are still readable in the new D|S versions.

Actual compatibility between D|S versions, e.g. with the AoA stuff, is a different question altogether. Some will, some won't, and the whole thing can get incredibly confusing.
