Looking for this particular figure & hair

Hey all
I'm still relatively new to Daz and 3D rendering in general, but I'm slowly learning how everything works. That said, there's a specific figure and hair that I've been looking for that I can't seem to find anywhere. I think it's a Victoria 4 figure, and have no clue about the hair. If anyone knows or could lend some insight, I'd really appreciate it!

That's definitely a Bice/Out of Touch hair. It's either Accents Hair right here at daz, or Ashley or Laura hair, from Rendo. I think it's Accents hair, but hard to tell from that angle.

Don't know what software you're using but I could easily show you how to build a dynamic hair in Carrara that could be made the exact same style and would react to scene forces btw, so you have other options as well.
I own a lot of the Bice/Out of Touch prop hairs, including all 3 of the possible ones this might be (the more I look at it the more I'm thinking this is Accents hair). But you do have other options, which can be even more realistic looking in animation (click on the link in my sig to see what dynamic hair can do, just as an example).
Out of Touch/Bice do excellent work; I'm a fan and if you willing to wait for it you can probably pick this hairstyle up at significant discount on sale (probably even sometime during March madness).
Sorry, I can't help to tell who the character is.
The character looks like Slide3D's Francesca, including her jeans... and it's definitely a V4
Do you possibly have a link to the one you're referring to? I'm finding a bunch of different Francesca figures for V4, and the one by Slide3D doesn't seem like it's it, at least to my eye.
