Some Installed Documentation Pages Dont Show, Others Do - Why? How Fix?

Installing some goodies from the daz store.  I am using DIM. Often, I like to click the DIM i for information preview before installing.  Lately, some of the products 'i' leads me to a blank informaiton page, while others do not, during the same installation session.  Why?  How fix?

Here are two examples.  

(1) Yes, works, a fabric pack of business shaders - https://www.daz3d.com/ultra-shaders-business-class-fabric-shaders

(2) No, not working, the little butterfly figure and set  - https://www.daz3d.com/little-butterfly

    I've seen this on  a few products. I've also had some where the page displays OK but when I use the Save as PDF link it just reloads the page.

    Thank you for reporting the issue.

    Here is a wrinkle that may be helpful.  I am using DIM to install the product Bedtime  https://www.daz3d.com/bedtime

    Clicking the DIM 'i' for info failed, but this time did give an error message.  See attached screengrab.

    It's similar as the what Ritzeratze did an attachment of.

    Yes, I used the DIM  i for information button for a couple of products that I knew did not display earlier and they do now.  Thank you to everyone who had a hand in addressing this issue.  Much appreciated.

    Readmes were down a few hours ago and I haven't seen anything to say it's meant to be fixed.
