Closet door suggestions?

I am looking for a closet door. I am not sure what it is called, but a door with slats or blinds. For scenes where a monster or person is hiding in the closet. Free items would be great, but reasonably priced items are okay too.

Worst case maybe someone knows the name of the style and I can try searching bing or google.

3Delight only unfortunately, but should be simple enough to convert. Collective3D do a lot of domestic/horror sets, so you may be able to find something else if you browse their store.

Thanks, looks great. I will have to wait for payday, though.

Or there is Shutters Door 2 3D model | CGTrader, and others, might find some free ones over on Turbosquid. BUT you need to know what you are doing when you get assets like that from those places. You'll most likely need to explode the object into parts in something like Blender and add shaders and textures back in Daz.

Thanks, after looking at that I realized I can't actually see through the slats in the other person's suggestions, and the cgtrader product is cheaper. I don't know how to use blender, but I am thinking about making a door using the planes in daz.

This tutorial will basically tell you everything you need to know about Blender.

You can use the Array and Mirror modifiers to model one slat and then easily duplicate a whole column of them.

If you want to get serious about making scenes and be able to use stuff outside the Daz normal library you'll have to get a grasp on other tools like Blender. If not then buying stuff off of 3rd party model sites will be a waste of money. Blender is free and I get you want to keep your cost down, it's not my goto tool though for editing these things, more of a CAD based modeling software is prefered, but Blender can get the job done.

Okay, I will try to do some research into blender. I tried it for 5 or 10 minutes a few years ago but had no idea what I was doing.
