Anyone else having to "Confirm Address" each time you make a purchase?

This just started this week. Each time I try to make a purchase, I'm told I need to confirm my address. These are downloads...so, that makes no sense...but...whatever. Well, once would have been annoying, but now it's happened at least twice. Anyone having this happen?

  • Yes, it's been happening occassionally for me too the past week or so, glad I'm not the only one.

Just refresh the page (F5) and it should go through on the next try. I think it is just a synchronization problem with the web page.

  • I submitted a ticket and they got back pretty quckly. They said to delete all cards and addresses and re-add them. It looks to me like they added a telephone number for me that was all zeros, so I'm hoping that is the problem. I updated it with an actual telephone number. Maybe next time it won't be so annoying. I wasn't aware that a refresh would do the trick. I was having to click a number of buttons to effectively add a new address, switch to a pre-existing one and then I was able to complete the sale. But, it was several clicks that I shouldn't have had to make. Especially not more than once....grrrr.

  • Yes. I get it all the time. I usually have to refresh a few times and then it works.

I also get an error on every coupon I try to apply. The coupon eventually does apply, if its valid, but only after a couple of errors go by.

This also happened to me when I wanted to check out with PayPal. I tried two or three times, but the problem remained. It only worked after I left the page and then tried again.

Yes, refresh. And I guess for android users don't scroll down too much as whenever the second payment button at the bottom appears in the screen this comfirm-your-address situation happens (my cellphone is Samsung)
  • This is the error I get every time I apply a coupon, any coupon. Note that almost all the personal information is gone, which is why I think its related to the "confirm address" error.

The error appears for about ten seconds, then the page reloads and the coupon applies anyway.

I can proceed with the purchase, but its followed by the "confirm address" error. The page dies at that point and I have to reload.

Once the page reloads, which takes a little longer this time around, I can complete the sale with no issues.

     Can't say. Haven't bought anything.

The "confirm address" bug with Paypal was still happening as of yesterday, at least to me. Did they do something to correct it today?

I'm not sure, I was told they are not seeign it any more but not given a since - but I would assume it was fairly recent, since they only just asked.

There have been a number of changes that have gone up behind the scenes that could have fixed it.

I used to have it happen to me but it stopped earlier this week, so I wanted to check to see if it was still happening to people instead of just assuming it was fixed for everyone.

Happened to me yesterday, for the first time in a while.

  • I can confirm I am still getting errors when applying any coupons.

The "Please confirm your address.." bug is different than that. Do you have any of the 3rd-party daz browser extensions installed?

  • still happens

Made another purchase today, and for the first time since the new cart, it did NOT give me the "Confirm Address" error.

Yeah, this happened to me off and on. I haven't bought anything in a few days tho, so I dunno if it's still an issue.

I've had this a few times but not every time. It shows my address on the screen, I got to the change details screen and enter exactly the same details and then it's OK. I've been paying with store credit,

FWIW, I just made a purchase and it didn't ask me to confirm my address.

A change was made to the site at around 9am Daz time (America/Denver timezone) that should resolve that issue.
