Problems with Shape Sliders - n00b Issue?

I bought Zeddicuss' Z Summer Beauty Shape and Pose Mega Set. I applied the Summer Beauty Shape to my Genesis Female 8 Actor. The Shape is visible under Shaping with the Slider at 100%, but the Figure did not change at all, and moving the Slider has no visible effect.

Furthermore, the Voluptous Upper Details Slider has vanished when I loaded the Scene again and an error occurred. The log file is attached. And, oddly, the Voluptuous Lower Details Slider is still there and still works.

Thanks to any help solving these mysteries. The Summer Beauty Shape looks awesome in the photo and I hate to think it doesn't actually work on a Figure, and this is only the result of my being new to Daz 3D.
