Mukta, Bindi and beauty mark/mole

Anybody have any info about their removal availability? I like the skin, but the file list isn't terribly specific. The promo images seem to show with and without, but I hate relying on that.

    I was curious and got Mukta and previous character Radhika by the same vendor, and I'm honestly....well, stumped. 
    Both of them have the SAME EXACT SKIN textures. Except for a tiny mark on Mukta's lip. They have NO makeup. NO Bindi. No Gens map. NO other Eye colors (only the base dark brown-the same for both). NO skin normal maps. Mukta has one extra brow color (blond) but they both have black and brown brow textures. It uses 8.1 UV for the maps. 

    The only difference between Mukta and Radhika is the shape and one extra brow color. Since none of them have a bindi or makeup or anything else to go with it, you could pick one and it wouldn't really matter which. I feel like I bought the same character twice- and not even really FULL characters- no makeups, eye colors, normals.

    This is probably me being mean, but it almost looks as if the Bindi has been painted on the picture instead of on the skin texture.

    Well its definitely not part of the textures, not the eyeliner or the makeup or the bindi, it's such a bizzare thing... Since every character HAS those in the store, and the promos are showing bindi and makeup but its definitely not included... And nothing really makes them unique from the other characters.
