Mimicking poses between two figures?

Hello all,
I want to have two separate figures (either G8M or G8F) and have one parented to the other where all poses are duplicated. For example, having a human and werewolf model where I can swap between them for renders (I pose the human first, then tweak the werewolf model without affecting the human parent figure).
I'd like to do this without memorize pose if possible, though that seems to be the best option I've found thus far.
Any other ideas?

Parenting wouldn't work in this case, because you can only parent the figure itself to the other figure, and it would only follow the transforms of whatever node you parent it to. If you're animating, you can copy the keyframes from one figure to the other, or you can copy the figure pose from the "hamburger" menu in the parameters pane (or, as CHWT suggested, just save pose presets). It wouldn't surprise me to learn that mCasual has a script for this, though.
