Hello,
I have been collecting/hoarding content since around 2010. My 3D content folder sits around 185GB and I would like to clean it up a bit and remove content that I know I will never use. I would like to know what is the best way to accomplish this?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Would suggest you do a little search on the forums. There are a lot of threads about runtime optimization and performance optimization.
Regarding your 185 GB runtime I can only say that is rather no big size. Mine is around 1.5 TB. And - as long as you are not bothered by it's size - such a runtime could still perform quite fine as long as you keep an eye on your data folder. Having to many morphs for the genesis folders will get you longer load times.
In general cleaning/organizing depends on whether or not you use smart content, whether or not you have stuff from many stores etc. - I recommend using DIM for DAZ stuff plus Content Wizard (found here as paid product). The later helps you to create installers for DIM for 3rd party products. Thus you can always go back to DIM to uninstall products you currently have no use for.
How did youn install initially?
Rod Wise Driggo,
Thank you for the advice on the optimization of my content and about the Content Wizard. I have added it to my list to be purchased.
Richard Haseltine,
I installed them by several different methods:
(Original .exe file from DAZ before they created the install manager, Install manager, extracted to runtime, copy and paste)
Thanks
