Quick question:
Can Daz models/props be used in games/software without additional licenses?
I tried to read though the legal jargon.. The way i read it you aren't allowed to copy or redistribute the models etc.. But you can publish renders of them?
Does anyone concretely know if you are allowed to use the character/prop content that come with daz or are purchased from the daz product store?
If not does anyone know a solution for an easy way to license something like this?
thanks in advance.

We have a Game Developer EULA (End User License Agreement) here: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/123880
There is a game developer license that you can purchase which allows all DAZ Original models to be used, and some participating Vendors like RawArt's collections. That license is for two different types of games,
Indie Game Developer: http://www.daz3d.com/shop/indie-game-developer-license/
Commercial Game Developer: http://www.daz3d.com/shop/commercial-game-developer-license/
All other content is not available to be used for game development.
I hope this helps.
