Celtic Great Hall - Missing Files

A while ago, I bought these two assets: https://www.daz3d.com/celtic-great-hall https://www.daz3d.com/celtic-great-hall-interior I've downloaded and installed them, but when I open them, but when I open them, I get popups saying there are missing files. Lots of them. And then they end up looking like giant grey marshmallows. Additionally, I have a similar issue when I open Haley by 3DUniverse. But it's not nearly as severe, only two of them that are related to the neck. Haley is still totally usable. Is there a remedy for this, and if so, what should I do? __________ Unrelatedly, I have another issue on my mind, but I don't want to make a new topic just for it. Some of the figures that I have came with a certain... Torso texture. But when I try to apply this texture by (left) double clicking, nothing happens. I think it may be because it has no "Targets", which I can see on the drop-down menu when I right click the texture. This menu contains "Explore Add-ons", "Explore Targets", and "Explore Product" - except that Add-ons and Targets are greyed out and unselectable. Is there a way to make these textures applyable?

Those products are add-ons for House of Mog Ruith, and House of Mog Ruith - Interior, so a few more bucks to get started. Many of the old prerequisite links are broken or missing, which can be annoying as heck. Also, the software compatibility is not limited to Poser, it works just fine in Studio (there are native .duf files included).

As for the certain "Torso texture", you need to add the anatomical elements, which are available only with the Pro Bundles for all Genesis versions. You would need at least one from each generation.

The missing neck morphs are in the Genesis 3 Female Body Morph pack, a necessary product for many characters (and for making your own), along with Genesis 3 Female Head morphs and maybe the Expressions to round out the basic morphs. Of course, there are packs for all generations, and the Males, too.

Huh. Alright. Thanks for telling me that, it makes sense now. I'll put those into my wishlist.

This confused me a little. Akari by Lyoness ( https://www.daz3d.com/akari-hd-for-genesis-8-female ) was one that came with this texture, and it also came with some anatomical elements, but the only thing in there was eyebrows. If I wanted to unlock that texture, would I need the Akari Pro Bundle or the Genesis 8 Pro bundle? Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but I didn't see either of them in the shop.

Hmmm. I thought I had that one. I got a handful of free assets when I downloaded Daz Central, among them were Starter Essentials for Genesis, G2, G3, and G8. Would it be in there? I don't have this issue with any of my other G3F.

G3F Body Morphs, G3M Body morphs, G8F Body Morphs, G8M Body Morphs. To get the genitals, which are called "anatomical elements" here, you have to have to buy any Adult, as in not a teen or toon, Figure Pro bundle or themed bundle, female for the female gentials male for the male genitals. Though the 8.1 adult bundles now have both sets of genitals.

There is no Akari pro bundle, nor is there a generic G8 pro bundle. You'd need the pro bundle for a core figure, i.e. Michael, Victoria, etc. If you're only going to buy one per gender per generation, those are probably the ones to buy, because they're the most commonly referenced by other products, but any (adult, non-toon) pro bundle will include the anatomical elements, so you're free to grab whichever pro bundle(s) would best suit your needs.

Ok, so in order to use this texture, I would need to purchase G8F Body Morphs ? Or I would need to purchase Victoria 8 Pro Bundle, or Aiko, Rynne, etc.? And it can't be the base figure, or the starter bundle, it must be the pro bundle.

    Are either of those correct?

The morphs were posted in response to your other question, about missing neck morphs, and have nothing to do with anatomical elements. Those would be found in any of the pro bundles you listed, and yes, it would have to be the pro bundle, not the starter bundle or base character.

edit: except for Rynne. As a toon character, her bundle doesn't include the anatomical elements. Aiko, apparently, is not considered a toon.

The anatomical elements (genitalia) are included with the Pro Bundles (Victoria 8, Aiko 8, but NOT Rynne 8, she's a child or teen character, they don't get the genitalia). You can verify from the product page under "What's Included and Features" to see what's in the bundle. (They are not included with the base figure nor the Starter Bundles). There will be a plain text entry called "Genesis 8 Anatomical Elements" (no hyperlink to a product page as they are not sold separately). If not, then they are not included. As Gordig suggested, Victoria 8 is often used as a base for other characters, so that would be a good place to start. There are something like 30+ other adult female Genesis 8 Pro bundles to choose from. You will need at least one of those to use that torso material. The term "Anatomical Elements" also includes any attachments that are not part of the base figures, like fibremesh eyebrows, different eyelashes, maybe wings, gills, fins, horns, tails, etc.

The morph packages are for shaping only, nothing to do with textures. The head morphs and body morphs are separate products, but can be used with any figure of the same generation and gender. Some characters are made using the base morphs ("dialed-in"), others use custom morphs that are created by the artist.

Those can be categorized under Anatomy, but I'm only aware of the phrase "anatomical elements" referring to genitalia.
