Genesis products on Michael 4 lookalike?

I've been looking for the base figure in the product promo photos on this product for a while now, and it seems at least one of them is, or at least has a very similar material to, Michael 4.  I wonder if that's in fact what has happened, or am I mistaken somewhere?

    Looking at the texture that is almost certainly M4's texture, as you said. The pattern of the body hair looks identical to me. I suspect the promo used the high resolution materials from this product: https://www.daz3d.com/michael-4-skin-maps-high-res

    Since M4 skins can be used on Genesis 1 without needing any additional products that is easy to do. As for the morph, that is tricky to say, given that we do not see the face. It might just be the base male Genesis figure with some of the body builder morph dialed in.
