I trie to export charcaters to EOn-Software Vue XStream.

Bur this is not as easy as a thought!

Somestimes the textures are gone when importing into Vue, sometimes the textures load when importing into Vue. But then the skin does not look right, looks more than a stone texture!

I tried several settings when exporting the character, but I the results are not satisfactory.

Any hints?

You need to adjust the materials in Vue. They will never look good otherwise. For the example in your image, use "edit all" to modify all materials at the same time and then go to the bump tab and reduce the bump value to ~0.001, then go to the highlights and adjust them to a light gray color and something like 8% for strengths and size. That should give you a decent starting point.
If you are looking for an easy way to get good looking skin in Vue, check out the SkinVue plugin at Cornucopia.
What export are you using from DS? I would suggest .obj and always have DS collect the textures in a separate folder. That way one has usually no issues with missing textures. Feel free to ask if you need more detail.
