Props changing background (Solved)(not solved)

Hello. A while ago I loaded a prop that changed my background/backdrop when it came onto the screen. The background became plain white and would not change, even if I had a background locked in place. The prop had Iray colours I think and I use 3Delight. What could cause this?

EDIT: Window/Style/Customize colours and set to default.

EDIT: now the iray props change the background to default and don't allow it to be changed.

if it's a prop sold at DAZ file a ticket.

try rightclick  merging it into the scene as apparently it was saved as a scene not a prop or scene subset.

Merging didn't work, still changed background and then unable to change.

It was happening with more than one Iray freebie. Solved by loading a scene that has a background/backdrop and now it's stopped happening.

It's stopped happening now so I assume it was something in my settings rather than a problem with the props themselves.
