HELP distortion on clothing converted from G8M to G8F

Can anyone help talk me through a fix for this distortion on clothing converted from G8M to G8F?

    If it fits before you start moving the head, then you have to adjust the weight maps.

    Select weight map tool, and open Tool settings.

    Expand the bones in the clothing, and select the head bone.

    In the Tool settings select General weights. Then an area of the clothing become red-blue-grey.

    Paint the red, while you are holding <Alt>, and then the red areas should become blue > grey.

    That removes weight from the head bone and should then not distort the collar.

    Other bones mught need adjustiing too.
