My first render

I have completed my first rendering, for the most part, successfully.
I built a G-8 character using body morphs and a face morph of my own from Head Shop (not perfect, but not bad)
I then appied skin textures, hair, and an outfit before appying the scene.
I played around with the scene for a while to get a good veiw, and everything was fine up to this point.
When I selected the charater again to apply a pose, I only got part of the box, and the poses didn't work at all well
Did I mess up the directory tree by taking things out of the Scene > Character > Pose order?

Are you sure you had the character itself selected?
Well, I clicked on "Genesis 8 Female" on the list, but I only got the upper right corner of the box, so...
No, I guess I'm not sure
Looks like you only applied the bottom half of the pose. Some pose sets come with regions and not full bodies.
But, as someone once told me, do yourself a favour and invest in ghost lights. I'll add HDRI maps to that also.
This product has been a lifesaver for me:

Yes, I've noticed that some of them will do that, even with nothing but a basic figure. The picture shows a full body pose, but not much other than the left arm moves
I know the perfect place for an HDRI map

Yeah, some of the poses can be tricky and not clear if they're only for a portion of the body, or the full body.

I haven't quite mastered custom HDRIs yet
Thank you
I'm not at the point of worrying too much about how to use an HDRI just yet, but I'll take a peek
