SOLVED! How do you find the Genesis 2 Male morphs in Daz Studio?

I just started using DAZ Studio. I downloaded and installed all this content I bought using the Install Manager. Everything got installed in a folder called "My DAZ 3D Library". I updated the content folder to find all the content I installed. I found that folder in the Content Library Panel. The Genesis 2 Male morphs are in here somewhere, but I can't find them. I've typed keywords into the content search box and they don't show up. The folders in this library are: Camera - Expressions - Figures - Hair - Hands - Light - Materials - Pose - Props - Scene . Can anyone tell me where to find the morphs? (I've been buying and using DAZ content for 7 years and using it in Poser)
Thanks!

I looked up the files through DIM. The dials for the FBMs can be found in Parameters/Shaping under Full Body when the G2M figure is selected in the Scene tab. The PBMs can be selected similarly by selecting a body part in the scene tab. In mine, the Body shapes have a green tinted dial. The PBMs I have looked at, so far, are grey.

    Greetings,
I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but if it's the preset characters, I think you're looking in the wrong place. In the Content Library, you'll have at least two choices, 'DAZ Studio Formats' and 'Poser Formats'. If you don't have the first, then you need to go to the Content Directory Manager and add 'My DAZ 3D Library' under 'DAZ Studio Formats' in that window.

Once you have the two choices, pick 'DAZ Studio Formats', and then pick 'My DAZ 3D Library', and it'll have a 'People' folder, under which is 'Genesis 2 Male'. Under that is clothes, hair, poses, characters, etc., all specific to G2M.

The listing you show above looks like what shows in the 'Poser Formats' tree view, and is a limited subset of things that are specific to Poser, usually.

If, instead of the presets, you were looking for the shaping dials, yeah, they'll be under Parameters, or you can add the 'Shaping' tab, and most of them will be there.

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but you did install the Genesis 2 Male Starter Essentials?
Because G2M is a base figure and should show up under "People", in the location Cypherfox said.

To make it easy for me to find both the Daz Studio "My DAZ 3D Library" and my Poser content files I copied those folders into the Categories>Default folder (Poser content folder is labeled 333333_dddddd)

    I attached screencaptures of:
The type of morphs for Genesis 2 Male that are installed and that I can't find.
The open viewport where I expect to see the morphs somewhere.
    The Content Library displayed.
Everything that is in the DAZ Studio Formats.
The Install Manager file location information.

    Thanks for helping.

You will not see the morphs at all in the content library. You need to load the G2M figure, select it, and then look under the shaping tab in order to see the morphs for it.

To open shaping click on Window->Panes->Shaping.

You can also should see the morphs in the Parameters tab (which you do have open), under morphs, although I can see these are missing on your screen shots. I suspect that your DS can not access the Data directory which contains the morph details, although if it can not, I am surprised you could load G2M at all.

Remember with Genesis 1 and 2 there is no need to inject morphs into a loaded figure like with M4/V4, they should already be there when the figure is loaded.

I restarted Studio and loaded Genesis 2 Male Michael 6. I opened Window->Panes->Shaping and there's no morphs to adjust, and they aren't in the parameters pane either. The Install Manager automatically downloaded and installed the content. It all went in the same folder. Lots of the other content that was installed at the same time does show up in the content folder. I don't know where else to look?

Ironically, Install Manager didn't install anything at all in the DAZ Studio folder.

If you look at the folder on your disk where My Library has been placed (look at this with explorer, not using the DAZ studio content pane), do you have a folder called Data under this. This is where the morphs should have been installed. I suspect you need to add another Base Directory to the DAZ Studio format list, as I suspect your morphs have been installed elsewhere. Open up the properties in Install Manager to see where it is installing the content.

Hi, on my post above (the one with all the images) the last image shows where these morphs were installed on my computer.

You shouldn't be seeing the Runtime folder under DAZ Studio Formats, or indeed under Poser formats. You select teh folder that holds the Runtime folder. The screenshot from DIM shows that you installed to My DAZ 3D Library, but you don't have that selected as a DAZ Studio Content Directory so the files won't be loaded.

The you need to add "My DAZ 3D Library" as one of your Daz Studio format base libraries, as that is where the morphs are located. You only have "My Library" added, which could be the a different place (unless there is a symbolic link making them the same. Can you include a screen shot of your Daz content library after clicking on "My Library". You clicked on Runtime, which is not where the morphs are, so we can not see what the issue might be

One other thing. Did you load the G2M figure before, or after installing the morphs?
