Please Tell Me how to load a background scene

I used to download a background scene when needed, but I haven't done it in a while and forgot how.  For example: Two DAZ figures walking in a park.  After getting the figures completed, I would simply load a park as the background.  Would someone please refresh my aging memory.  Thank you!

    Do you mean an HDRI image? Go to Render Settings -> Environment and click on the empty thumbnail at the "Environment" tab.

    If, on the other hand, you mean a backdrop image you can do that in the Environment pane (as opposed to the Environment Options described by @Margrave). Look in your Window > Panes (Tabs) list for the Environment tab. There you can set a backdrop image as in the attached.
