So im looking for any dresss like the pvc one for aiko with the structured skirt and like shiny.

In that case, there are converter utilities you can try, though you might need to convert it from Aiko 4 to Victoria 4, since I'm not sure if the RSSY Generation 4 converters will work on Aiko 4 directly.

Otherwise, you could try something like this:

Goldie Locks Bundle | Daz 3D

and apply a leather shader.
