I got a  new PC and I've been busy re-installing things. I own this product. I have a serail number. But the product does not appear in Connect or DIM. I see that this product is part of the current sale. It says that it is a manual install. It appears it can also be installed with Daz Central, which I don't have. If I go to my product page, I find the product. But the only manual download is for the product manual. If I open DS, and check the plug-ins, I find face transfer, but there is no box to enter the serial number. I thought maybe things changed and it was now included in DS, But then I saw it for sale today so it must not be included.

So how or where do I enter the serial number? I checked the pane, but I don't see a place to enter it there either.

    I've been there, but when I highlight Face Transfer, it does not give me a box to enter the serail number.

    If it doesn't show a box to enter the SN# then it means it's already activated. Is the plug green? I'm not positive if it's included or not, sorry.

    Yes. The check mark is green. I also have animate2. I see it is in the plug-in list and green as well. I don't recall installing that either. But then I have to install a lot of stuff so maybe I missed doing it.
