Overlay animations

I have a theoretical question, please:

I would need 2 animations overlaid:

A man who is heavily shaking from cold and who does a walk at the same time.

I guess that such an animation does not exist, so I need to overlay 2 animations:
The shaking and the walking animation.

Is it possible using animate2 or TimeLine (sorry, I have no experience with these 2 yet) to do that?
