globally shut off limits parameters?

there are some instances where the bend, twist and translate limits are not sufficient for the desired effect. is there a way to globally unlock these parameters, make them visible and remove the limits?

    I'm not sure how global you want to be - there is Edit>Figure>Limits>Limits off (Rotation).

    Edit -> Preferences -> Content -> Pose/Shaping Preset Loading -> Always turn limits off. Since the vast majority of poses and shapes loaded need tweaking anyway I always have it off. I suppose the only reason it is on by default is new users will lose their minds when something goes wonky and they expect everything to work perfeclty out of the box.
