DAZ Studio SPEED of Navigation? Help!

I'm just starting to use DAZ Studio on a Mac 64bit. I can't get the navigation controls in the viewport to respond much, or very well. I try to rotate the view, or zoom in or out, or pan, etc. and everything moves very slowly, or not at all, or in huge jerks from position to position. It's similar to when the tracking speed of your computer mouse is too slow. Is there some way in Studio to speed Navigation up? It is not my graphics card. My graphics card works perfectly well with every other application.
Thanks!

    Greetings,
I'm not on my DAZ-enabled machine, but there's a configuration setting in DAZ Studio (Cmd-, for Preferences) which offers the ability to tune the performance range of the UI. Normally I push it all the way to the top, but I've found that with some drivers it 'shatters' the onscreen models. (It doesn't really, it just looks like it does.)

Anyway, tuning that will make a HUGE difference in on-screen navigation.

It's under Preferences / Interface # Display Optimization. Go to 'Best', and see if that works. If you get WACKY things happening, drag it down to 'Better', and it should fix you right up.

THANK YOU! That worked perfectly. It's been agony using it the way it was.
