Are the skins of G8F and G8.1F interchangeable?

Well, as the topic says - Are the skins of G8F and G8.1F interchangeable? I mean can I use G8.1F skin on G8F model and vice versa?

    Yes and no.

    Genesis 8.1 changed the UV layout to split the body and the neck into seperate material zones, so the neck isn't horribly lo-rez anymore. G8.1 has legacy UVs that allow you to use G8 textures, but G8 does not have a UV layout that combines the body and neck textures, so the neck becomes completely black. You'll need to manually add the neck to the body texture with an image editor.
