Expression Morph to FACS?

Hi, my apologies if this is very odd, but I was just wondering if there was a way to quickly create a FACS expression from a morph?

I have a G8.1 figure with a unique rig + weights and it has many unique facial expressions / animations -- is there some way to quickly break down one of these expressions into the FACS system, to be used on the standard G8.1 figure?

I have Face Mojo, but are there any facial motion capture solutions that could instead read the G8.1 figure's custom expressions and then export into json / fbx (with the FACS parameters)?
