For what? Morphs, textures, clothes?

I don't know of any direct morph converter from Genesis to Genesis 8. You could use GenX2 and its add-ons to convert them to Genesis 2 (or G3) then use the G2 (or G3) to G8 converter though.
For textures, a lot of Genesis characters used V4 or M4 UVs, so you would need those:

If the texture you want to use is made for another of Genesis UV sets you could use Map Transfer in DS to create a version of the textures using V4 or M4 UVs.
