"Instances to Objects" scatters objects all over the place

I'm tryng to us Code 66 "Instances to Objects" with Ultra Scenery, and the objects are never place in the correct place. Ive tried it both with and without checking the check boxes. Doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm using 4.12.0.86.

Do you know if the objects were modelled at the origin, or load from the library offset?
I did more tests with non-UltraScenery stuff, like Stonemason stuff and even Mossy Hollow (standalone version not the add-on within UltraScenery), and the Instances to Objects works fine in those cases. But It doesn't seem to work properly with UltraScenery for me.
