Does QX Amelia require Eva 8?

...Just wondering if Quixotry's Amelia character will work with just the base G8F.

    Presumably, it will "work" as much as any other add-on character, but won't look exactly like the promos without the required base.

    ...thank you.  if anyone has the character it would be nice to see what the difference is with and without Eva 8.

    Here ya go, Kyoto Kid! Yes, she does use Eva 8's shape. I just checked, and it's Eva's head at 82% and Eva's body at 75%.

    Just for future reference, if any of my characters are listed as "for [character name] 8," then they do include that specific character's shape as the base for the morph. If they're "for Genesis 8," then they're just modeled on the base figure shape and won't require any other character. And you're always welcome (as is anyone) to PM me for clarification or quick comparison renders if you need them. I do check messages here at least once a week. Of course, it's always possible that someone else in the forum will be quicker to respond than me, depending on the week.

    Amelia also comes with those snazzy headphones by the amazing HinkyPunk that you see in the promos.

    So, she still looks young without Eva's shapes. She just gets a little bit less skinny and her face becomes more rounded when Eva is dialed out. If you have a character with a pointy face, you could probably dial in that a bit to get a similar look. I would imagine the basic body morphs for G8 Females could restore the extra thinness to the body. The character on the left is full QX Amelia, the one on the left is QX Amelia minus Eva 8's morph.

    I really like Ameila as she is a great basis for a teen character, but as for Eva 8 though, I would have little other use (already have Eva 7) and being on a rather slim budget another 35$ in addition is a bit expensive. The concern with just using the base G8 is bust volume and I do notice a difference between the two.

    I'll have to think on this.
