moles, blemishes, scars, and other skin marks

I thought I saw a product here at DAZ that can add moles, blemishes, etc to the skin texture. I have Skin Builder 3/8 which can do the moles. 
Are there any others products that can add scars, blemishes, the old age skin discolorations, etc? oh yeah - freckles

tldr: Results look good, but badly documented and system intensive.

The promo's don't really do it justice, it's a good product.

I thought that Skin Builder has overlays for freckles, age spots, stretch marks, etc. - don't think scars though.

not sureabout age spots..will check it out ... scars are hard ot find.
