What's going on in My Project, Shadow Areas Have Cross Pattern. Help!

Hey all areas Under shadow, create this pattern, it's not a smooth shadow. But then i checked in a new Project sending my DAZ characters using Unofficial Daz to Unity bridge and there's no problems in a new project!!!!
I also checked my settngs compared to the settings in a New HDRP project, and i don't see much difference except for in my project i have shadows set to higher quality BUT They were working all the way till recently, i don't know what i did that created this problem.
Here are some pictures of what i'm getting, basically GRAIN or a CROSS pattern in areas under shadow. what should i do?

I recently installed Gaia Pro 2021 the latest update and Ambient Sounds( procedural worlds ) the most recent update.
Are you sure there isn't a second copy of the mesh?
No there's no second copy, and this is happening with all the DAZ characters i bring to my project
Please create a new empty project and test it again.
What version of Unity and Daz Studio are you using?
I Got it guys!!!! The reason was in the HDRPQuality Asset. It was the Fidelity setting on HIGH. If it's on HIGH it will produce all this mess. But i changed it to medium and everything becomes smooth and perfect! Why is that i wonder.
It's the shadow samples and blurriness options. you need to tweak it a little to make it look better.
