Content Wizard Help

So I've gone over the documentation thoroughly and I have now tried a few items and can not get anything to install properly.  Nothing will show in Smart Content and also is not searchable in the Content Directory.  Advice?

I am using CW almost daily with stuff from other stores, but to provide help, I would need more details what you actually do. RiversoftArt has included my typical CW workflow into the instructions (post 1 in the linked thread).
