IK script ?

I am transitioning from Poser 7 to Daz studio 4.5.

I am used to writing python scripts but dont see a studio equivalent.

are there any scripts to do thinks like turn on OK for the feet and hands ?

I use IK a lot while posing and turning it on for both feet seems very time consuming.

any suggestions ?

also is there a tutorial on using symmetry ?
