So I'm trying to make a boarding school story and it has to be kind of creepy. I don't know if something like that could even exist in daz.

I've liked to use this one for the 'haunted' look - I think it even has enough bedrooms to be considered a small boarding school:

Edit: And this one too:

No, you need an interior and an exterior that look like they go together.
I did a boarding school story once, the exterior was Chateau Blanche (no longer in the store, but a Victorian gothic-looking castle), interiors were Winterblack Halls, Winterblack Gallery, Mage Tower, and probably elements from a few other things too.
So find (or adapt) an exterior building that suits your vision. Find interiors that match that exterior. Or do the process the other way round.
But don't expect to find a single product that gives you everything you want in one go, because it's unlikely to happen, and even if it did - where would be the fun in that?
the parkside buildings for interiors ... can't remember if they have sort of exteriors... but you could always retexture the outer walls
first picture base room
duplicate the front wall
rotate 180 degrees Y ... then move up Z axis to even the front wall
then retexture it
---
probably have to use a cube at the corner run up on Y to a pillar to square the corners..
probaby just be able to scale the roof a little to make it fit.
These two always give me a Shining vibe:
