Are there any big updates planned for DS?

Hi all,
First of all, not to say that the incremental updates aren't awesome (the newest one with the "video game" navigation and render dimension overriding on cameras is really great in the QoL department). However, we frequently have those "what features would you like to see in DS X.Y.Z" and I've seen (and suggested) a bunch of pretty big changes but I've never heard of any long-term plans.
I guess my question is if there is a post of "things to expect" or something like that? My biggest desire is to be able to have multiple collision objects, or to give figure nodes their own collision targets (override the parent's). Stuff like that.

at one time Daz3d posted some of the upcoming features they expected to implement but they no longer seem to advertise.
you can check the here for whats been added to "available versions" of Studio, available meaning you can only download the latest release and public beta.

Some software packages like Blender will sometimes announce what developments are planned for upcoming versions and even tell you how far into the development the group has come but Blender has far more developers along with being entirely open source software so it's possible to provide this info.

but it would be nice to see something similar on Daz3d.com for what we might expect.
until them you can request a feature (as a help-desk request) in the zen desk and see if it's a possibility if and when it's answered.

Remember that, since DS isn't sold, there's no need for a regular new version number - instead a lot of features have been added to incremental updates since 4.0 was released.
Yes!
