You need to smooth the mesh. Hold shift and brush. But do not smooth at the highest sub-d level and DO NOT over smooth or you loose the original shape.. Do it at sub-d lvl 2 and then switch to 4 to see what difference it made. I hope you know that the model has to be set back to base sub-d 1 if you want to use it in Daz again. You only Sub-d to level 4 for displacement maps and normal maps details.
If you click Geometry / Rstr before you slide SDiv back to 4 ,Does the trick.
